Please check my profile for shipping times before purchasing. #514 Overhauled PLATINUM Long Fountain Pen 18k See other fountain pens here → #momomoFountainPen The Platinum Long has a simple design. There are no noticeable scratches, but there are signs of use overall. It uses a large amount of gold and was a top-of-the-line product in the 1960s-70s, when 14k items cost ￥5,000. Length: 13.3 cm Width: 1.3 cm Nib: Fine Ink: Cartridge/Converter compatible This fountain pen features an 18k nib, meaning 75% of the nib is made of gold, a highly corrosion-resistant and expensive material. It is a valuable item that may increase in price in the future. Although it is quite an old item, it has been maintained in beautiful condition. With gold currently priced at over ￥11,000 per gram, it would be impossible to manufacture the same fountain pen at this price today. It is a great value, offering both the value of a writing instrument and the value of precious metal. *Overhaul refers to disassembly, cleaning, and reassembly. *Ink is not included. *The ink used was blue. *Prices may be temporarily lowered for better visibility. *As this is an old item, there may be minor scratches not visible in the photos. The item will be shipped securely in a box via YuYu Mercari Mail. 155 Click here for the manufacturer's site
