Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Kashmir Heritage, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in delivering authentic, high-quality Kashmiri products. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please refer to the following policy:
1. Order Cancellation
• Before Shipment:
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, or before it is shipped, whichever is earlier.

• After Shipment:
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return after delivery, as per the terms below.
2. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
- The product is unused, in original condition, and returned with its original packaging and tags intact.
- You notify us within 48 hours of delivery via email or phone.
Non-returnable items include:
- Saffron and dry fruits (due to hygiene and perishability).
- Customized or made-to-order items.
- Products bought on clearance or special sale unless damaged.
3. Return Process
- Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (if available in your area) or provide return instructions.
- Please ensure the product is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.
4. Refunds
- After inspection and approval, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer product exchanges. If you require a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order.
