At Kashmir Heritage, we take pride in delivering premium-quality Kashmiri products directly to your doorstep with care, speed, and reliability. Please read our Shipping & Delivery Policy carefully to understand how we handle your orders.
1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship across India and to select international destinations. For queries regarding international shipping availability, please contact us at kashmirheritage12@gmail.com.
2. Processing Time
• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving full payment.
• Custom or handmade items (e.g., Pashmina shawls) may require additional processing time.This will be clearly communicated on the product page.
3. Delivery Time
• Domestic Orders (India): 5-10 business days depending on your location.
• International Orders: 15-30 business days based on destination and customs clearance.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS. You can also track your order by logging into your Kashmir Heritage account.
6. Delays & Exceptions
While we strive for timely delivery, unforeseen delays (such as weather, courier issues, or customs clearance) may occasionally occur. We will inform you promptly in such cases.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at kashmirheritage12@gmail.com with photos and unboxing video of the parcel. We will investigate and provide a resolution or replacement.
8. Address Errors
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing the order. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
